6 Minutes of The Dark Knight Rises attached in IMAX Screenings of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol

Oct 22, 2011
We have another reason to see Brad Bird's Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol in IMAX. The prologue of The Dark Knight Rises which are confirmed to be attached to the IMAX screenings of Mission Impossible 4.
SlashFilm has reported that there's possibility of putting the 6-8 minutes of The Dark Knight to the IMAX screenings in Mission Impossible 4, which will be in cinemas and IMAX December 16, instead of December 21. If you recall, Warner Bros. also attached the opening bank robbery scene of The Dark Knight way back late 2007 in the front of Will Smith's I Am Legend.

If the  rumors are confirmed by Warner Bros. and Christopher Nolan, I would be happy. First, I'm a big Batman fan. I like watched the Dark Knight and Batman Begins 10-15 times. I'm not fan of the comic books, but i'm  surely looking forward to this one. I would totally be in the IMAX cinema for about 3-5 hours before the showing just to see the prologue and also Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. I am a hardcore fan of the 70s show and also the trilogy.

The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Morgan Freeman, Anne Hathaway, Gary Oldman. Directed by Inception's Christopher Nolan, the film will be in cinemas and IMAX July 20, 2012.

Mission Impossible stars Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner, Ving Rhames. Directed by The Incredible's Brad Bird, the film will be in cinemas and IMAX December 16, 2011.
