'Anino Sa Likod Ng Buwan' (Shadow Behind The Moon) is officially set for a commercial run next week, July 20 at select theaters nationwide.
The news was confirmed by Director Jun Robles Lana himself on his Facebook account, urging everyone to spread the word. The director also list the cinemas who will screen the film: Gateway, Festival Mall, Robinsons Mall (Galleria and Metro East) and Gaisano Cinema (Davao, Tagum, Toril and Digos).
Aside from a R-18 rating (without cuts) by the MTRCB, it also received a grade of A by the Cinema Evaluation Board.
Praised as "a bravura feat in Philippine cinema" by Movies Philippines' Nazamel Tabares, it originally premiered as an entry to 2015's QCinema International Film Festival.
The film recently nabbed the Best Actress trophy in Gawad Urian 2016 for Reyes' performance. It got 8 nominations overall in the said awards program.
