Rurouni Kenshin to get Philippine Release this December

This just in, SM Cinema finally put an end from those non-stop questions about getting a Philippine release of the live-action adaptation to Rurouni Kenshin after they announced that they will indeed be having it on their screens on December 5.
Rurouni Kenshin, the original anime popular known as Samurai X in some countries, is about a swordsman named Himura Kenshin whose quest is to become a wanderer to protect the people of Japan.

This will be SM Cinema's early Christmas gift for the fans and non-fans alike. Tickets are now available and it's selling like pancakes already. Be sure to visit them on smcinema.com.

Rurouni Kenshin will not be getting an expanded release and only at SM Cinemas exclusive nationwide. Pioneer Films or Movie Punch (their Facebook page name) will be distributing the film locally.
